Intro to Beginner’s Yoga

The potential health benefits of yoga include stress reduction and improved fitness.  Join us as Amy from Essence Yoga & Wellness discusses the benefits of yoga and demonstrate basic postures.    Participants should dress in comfortable clothing.  Register by calling or stopping by the library.
