The Library reports its activities and quality of service to the community, the state, and the federal government through various means each year. The Board of Trustees is responsible for the fiscal oversight of our finances. The director, hired by the Board, is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Library, including the appropriate use of the Library’s funds. Each month, the director provides the Board with financial reports showing the Library’s use of budgeted funds, including a listing of all the library’s transactions.
