You can borrow a total of 30 items for two weeks. If you need more time, you can renew them twice if no one else has placed a hold.
If you have items overdue, you need to return or pay for them to borrow new items or place a hold.
Item limits are as follows:
Hardback Books – 20
New 14-Day Books – 5
Mass Market Paperback – 20
Fiction – 5 by the same author
Non-fiction – 3 per subject
Children’s Books – 20
Magazines – 5
Audiobooks – 5
DVDs/ Blu-Rays – 5
Video Games – 1
Kits – 1
You can return your items inside the library at the circulation desk, the outside return by the entry door, or the drive up return along the side of the building.
Equipment, kits, and large items must be returned inside to a staff member at the circulation desk.
If you are unable to return your materials to the library, arrangements may be made for pickup through our outreach services.
If an item is not returned or is returned in damaged condition, the borrower will be charged a replacement fee. Fees are as follows:
$20 – Hardback books and DVDs/Blu-Rays
$7 – Mass Market Paperback
$8 – Board Books
Replacement cost – Video Games, Kits, Equipment
The library reserves the right to assess fees for any materials that are damaged including, but not limited to: tears, stains, and odors.
Lost or damaged media cases will be $5.00 to replace.
Lost or damaged paper covers will be $2.00 to replace.
