HOURS: Monday- Friday 8:00 AM -4:30 PM

PURPOSE: To organize, finance, and deliver services necessary to find, diagnose, treat and correct certain disabling conditions for children, infancy up to 21 years of age.

SERVICES: Diagnosis, treatment, occupational therapy, psychological evaluation and consultation, audio logical testing, speech therapy, hospital, convalescent home care, coordination services for patient, nursing guidance, counseling by social worker, artificial limbs, braces, eye prosthesis and hearing aids.

ELIGIBILITY: Persons under 21 years of age with physical handicaps that can be corrected or lessened and whose families are unable to pay for all the medical care and treatment.
