You may apply for a card online with limited borrowing privileges.
Individuals that live, work, or own property in Lincoln County or residents of neighboring counties are eligible to apply for a library card in person or online. A photo ID and proof of current address are required to receive a new or replacement card.
Residents of other counties must have a library card in good standing from their county.
Young adults and juveniles may obtain a library card by filling out an application with a parent/legal guardian’s signature.
Patrons are responsible for all materials checked out on their card.
Juveniles may not use an adult’s card.
Replacement cost for a library card is $2.00.
Library cards will not be issued within 30 minutes prior to closing.
